During my recent business trip to Târgovişte, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Del Ponte, and while the hotel offers a solid experience, I found a few missed opportunities. The check-in was smooth, and the air-conditioned rooms were immaculate, equipped with a well-stocked minibar and an excellent coffee machine-I could definitely get used to that on my adventures! The standout for me was the breakfast; with a buffet spread that was simply delightful, it fueled my adventurous spirit for the day. I couldn't help but notice the lack of outdoor relaxation areas, which I'd have loved to enjoy with my son while exploring the local culture. It's easy to see why this hotel could easily score a solid four stars, combining comfort and convenience, though I would have rated it higher if the outdoor space was more inviting. If you're planning a trip to Romania, this cozy spot with friendly staff and comfy amenities could be a great base-just remember to seek your outdoors elsewhere!
